The Holiday Spirit: Table Setting Looks We Love

Large gatherings with friends and families are a staple of the Holiday season. Most of us put a lot of time into planning the menu, crafting the perfect playlist and preparing the meal. Your holiday table ought to be just as thoughtful, and here's where we can help! Below are some of our favorite holiday table looks, and our finds to help you get the look at home.

We love a dark & dramatic table, and by mixing in brass accents, gilded geodes and colored glass, this is a modern take on the holiday table. The lustrous glow of the golden accents and gilded geodes ooze drama and luxury.  Another thing we love about this look is that it utilizes seasonal plants, like ornamental cabbage, flowering kale and Japanese painted fern leaves.  This table setting is sure to make an impression!

When in doubt, blue & white is a timeless look that works across a variety of settings (be it china or the scheme for an entire room). In this example we love how the formal look of traditional blue & white china is brought down a notch thanks to mixing & matching plates. The rustic flatware brings a casual and modern element to the tablescape. Throw in some loosely arranged eucalyptus leaves, and dark stemware, and the final result is an eclectic remake of a traditional holiday table.

We love this look because it utilizes versatile, everyday pieces that you probably own already. A solid, neutral-colored set of plates can easily be paired with decorative accents, and fun individual place-setting touches to dress up your everyday dinnerware.  A loosely styled centerpiece of seasonal foliage and fruit make this the perfect look for the low-maintenance, laid back host.
